ABOUT
Milestone Lane Westerville underwent a change of ownership beginning in January 2019.

My name is Jenna Glumac, my husband Brad and I are the proud new owners of Milestone Lane Westerville! I am from Circleville Ohio and have a business degree from Western International University. Brad is from Hudson Ohio and has a Hospitality Management degree from The Ohio State University. We have three children, Haley (14), Reese (5), and Spencer (1). Reese and Spencer are also students at MileStone Lane!
Our new ownership brings along with it a great deal of experience in the child care field. I have been in this field for over 14 years! I am not only the owner of this center but also the director. I began as a daycare teacher right out of college, and transitioned to the director of the daycare at The Lake's Golf and Country Club in Westerville. I later started up an in home daycare operated out of our home for 6 years.

Many of our great customers from the in home daycare have followed us to Milestone lane, and have been very happy with their decision. We aim to bring that small, intimate, in-home feel to a day care center, with a lot of individual attention from every teacher all the way up to the owner/director. That is very difficult to find at many of the large chain day care centers, and we feel that separates us as a daycare provider.

Our mission is to provide exceptional child care and early childhood education, in a safe and developmentally inclusive environment. Our focus is to provide each child with a stimulating educational experience which promotes their social/emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Our vision is to provide a unique child care experience that separates our center from all others. We aim to provide a feeling of safety and comfort to each child, and pay special attention to detail of each child's individual needs. Our center provides a smaller more personal touch that is unrivaled. Our goal is to make this your child's home away from home.

Our focus is to further the growth and education of our teachers through annual classes, certifications, and training. Through our nationally recognized curriculum we intend to educate your child at the most important stages in their development. Furthermore we plan to team up with parents as a support system for each child, to watch them grow into the best and brightest they can be!
